Perigon One is the IT department for growing Western Australian businesses. From our head office in Welshpool, and offices in Brisbane and Melbourne, we look after about 2,000 devices for around 60 client organisations every day, for one fixed monthly fee that covers everything technology related: support, cybersecurity, projects, compliance, internet, phones and the vendors behind them.
Perigon One has been looking after Western Australian businesses since 2011. We started as One Technology and changed our name to Perigon One in March 2023, as the same company with the same ABN (23 096 480 616) and the same people. Today we are a team of 20 based in Welshpool, 15 minutes from the Perth CBD and next door to the Kewdale and airport industrial area. Our help desk runs from 6am to 5pm Perth time, Monday to Friday, passed from our Melbourne office to Brisbane and then Perth, so your call is picked up early and by someone who is awake.
We work with businesses with 10 to 250 computers, most often in mining services, engineering, manufacturing, construction, professional services, healthcare and the not for profit sector. Several clients have been with us for more than ten years.
Our sister business, Perigon Labs, builds automation and AI tools that take cost and time out of a business. Perigon One keeps the foundations solid, and Perigon Labs builds on them.

Kat is Perigon One’s CRO, leading the Business Support Team with 20+ years of expertise in client management. Outside work, she enjoys HIIT workouts and creative home projects.
Josh is our COO, plus a volunteer firefighter in Victoria. He ensures smooth operations and quick issue resolution, learning from over 20 years in the industry.
Zac brings 10 years of IT experience, ensuring seamless client support and thriving on the challenges of working in an MSP environment. Outside of work, he enjoys camping and spending time with his family.
Grant has 8 years of IT experience, ensuring system health, seamless integrations, and help desk support. A former tennis competitor, he now enjoys watching the sport.
Rob brings almost 20 years of IT experience, helping clients align technology with their business goals. Outside of work, he enjoys DIY projects, cars, building websites, and spending time with his wife and four cats.
With over 12 years of IT experience, Zak leads the Service Desk team, ensuring client issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. Outside of work, he’s an avid golfer and football fan.
Wayne brings over 30 years of IT experience, helping clients solve technical challenges and keep their systems running smoothly. Outside of work, he enjoys motorcycling, four-wheel driving, camping, and cooking.
Priyank has 7 years industry experience and is a VOIP and automation expert who enjoys playing soccer and continuous learning.
Ruby is responsible for configuring, implementing and improving systems, networks and servers. She loves outdoor family time.
Adam has 3 years in IT, supporting clients onsite and remotely. He holds a degree in Business Information Systems and enjoys a good sci-fi flick especially The Matrix.
Fabian brings hands-on support as a Systems Engineer, with diplomas in IT and electronics. He loves meeting clients face to face and spending time with Luna his dog.
Conor is a Systems Engineer supporting clients across Microsoft 365, Azure, and network troubleshooting. Outside of work, he enjoys gaming with mates, playing AFL, and watching the footy.
Ivan has nearly 3 years of IT support experience, assisting clients with timely tech help. He enjoys staying active outdoors and is always up for a new challenge.
Eder brings 15 years of IT experience, helping clients resolve day-to-day technical issues. He enjoys new challenges, continuous learning, and finding better ways to support clients.
Amy keeps projects on track and clients informed, drawing from years in mining, construction and health. She is currently on a mission to find Perth’s best espresso martini.
Anne, with 7 years of experience, manages documentation, reports, and marketing materials. Skilled in IT Admin, she ensures quality service, values team diversity, and enjoys sunsets, cooking, and exploring cafés.
