With over 12 years of IT experience, Zak leads the Service Desk team, ensuring client issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. Outside of work, he’s an avid golfer and football fan.
Wayne brings over 30 years of IT experience, helping clients solve technical challenges and keep their systems running smoothly. Outside of work, he enjoys motorcycling, four-wheel driving, camping, and cooking.
Priyank has 7 years industry experience and is a VOIP and automation expert who enjoys playing soccer and continuous learning.
Ruby is responsible for configuring, implementing and improving systems, networks and servers. She loves outdoor family time.
Adam has 3 years in IT, supporting clients onsite and remotely. He holds a degree in Business Information Systems and enjoys a good sci-fi flick especially The Matrix.
Fabian brings hands-on support as a Systems Engineer, with diplomas in IT and electronics. He loves meeting clients face to face and spending time with Luna his dog.
Conor is a Systems Engineer supporting clients across Microsoft 365, Azure, and network troubleshooting. Outside of work, he enjoys gaming with mates, playing AFL, and watching the footy.
Ivan has nearly 3 years of IT support experience, assisting clients with timely tech help. He enjoys staying active outdoors and is always up for a new challenge.
Eder brings 15 years of IT experience, helping clients resolve day-to-day technical issues. He enjoys new challenges, continuous learning, and finding better ways to support clients.
Amy keeps projects on track and clients informed, drawing from years in mining, construction and health. She is currently on a mission to find Perth’s best espresso martini.
