We look after head offices, workshops and site teams for one fixed monthly fee, with a help desk from 6am Perth time, a 15 minute average first response and a 24/7 line for critical issues. Yes. Every computer we manage runs one security standard: patching, antivirus, EDR, a 24/7 managed security operations centre and ransomware detection. That lines up with Essential Eight Maturity Level One, and the EDR and SOC meet the Level Two requirement to analyse event logs and respond to incidents. For the rest of the eight, we run our own Essential Eight certification program: we assess your environment, fix the gaps and give you a report you can hand to your client. We confirm the maturity level from the assessment, not before it.
Yes. Onsite support is included across Perth metro with no call-out or travel fees, and we schedule regular visits to remote sites, mine sites included. Day to day, the same one or two engineers visit each location, so they know your people and where everything is. We also look after the internet and connectivity at your sites and deal with the suppliers for you.
